Although not very well known, last year Samsung released a Windows Phone 8 types named Samsung Ativ S. and now, Samsung released a smartphone Windows Phone 8 as a continuation of the Ativ S. This phone is named Samsung Ativ S Neo. Basically, two types of smartphone is the same, and the difference lies only in support CDMA channel used by Samsung Ativ S Neo so it can be used for two networks.

Samsung Ativ S Neo does not have a lot of changes compared to the series Ativ S. Still use the Super AMOLED screen measuring 4.8 inches with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels HD can display natural color. Use Dual Core Processor 1.4 GHz Krait thus making S Neo mobile Internet browsing, exploration and application menus fairly quickly.

The camera is a sector which is the mainstay of Samsung Ativ S Neo. The phone is equipped with dual camera set up to meet the needs of photography. 8 MP main camera with Auto Focus and Flash Light supported and 1.9 MP secondary camera can be used remedy do Video Call. There are preloaded applications such as Beauty Shot which can help improve the appearance of facial images, Manga Camera which can add some form of cartoons on the photo so that it becomes like a comic, and Photo Editor to embellish photos.

In addition to support GSM networks, Ativ S Neo also supports the CDMA path with a speed of 3.1 Mbps when used for browsing the internet because it uses the EVDO channel Rev.A. To make data access more leverage, Neo S phone is also using 4G LTE technology and has 1 GB RAM and the device can be upgraded with a Micro-SD slot up to 64 GB.

One interesting feature brought by Samsung Ativ S Neo is Ativ Beam that can be used features Near Field Communication or NFC for sharing music, photos and videos with other NFC devices and also Android mobile phone or device. And to support the power, S Neo uses a battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh.
